At Easy Carts, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

Return

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, damaged, missing, or wrong product claims.
  • The video must start before opening the parcel and clearly show the sealed package and the product.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, no return or replacement request will be accepted.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
  • No valid unboxing video is provided.
  • The issue is due to personal preference, slight color variation, or incorrect size selected by the customer.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
